Oui, quand un barbier est libre. Le salon accueille des clients sans rendez-vous, mais les places partent vite en fin de journée et le samedi. Réserver reste le moyen sûr d’avoir l’heure et le barbier que vous voulez.
Y a-t-il du stationnement à proximité ?
Du stationnement sur rue dans les rues avoisinantes de Saint-Henri, avec les restrictions habituelles de la Ville. Le plus simple reste le métro : Lionel-Groulx est à 150 m.
Quelle est votre politique d’annulation ?
Prévenez-nous le plus tôt possible si vous devez annuler ou déplacer un rendez-vous : la place repart à quelqu’un d’autre. Un appel ou un courriel suffit.
Que se passe-t-il si j’arrive en retard ?
Nous faisons de notre mieux pour vous prendre quand même. Passé un certain retard, la coupe peut être écourtée ou reportée, simplement parce que le client suivant a lui aussi une heure réservée.
Coupez-vous les cheveux des enfants ?
Oui. La Coupe enfant s’adresse aux enfants et aux ados de moins de 14 ans, et six des neuf barbiers l’offrent.
Puis-je réserver uniquement pour la barbe ?
Oui. La Taille de barbe se réserve seule, sans coupe, chez sept des neuf barbiers.
